I ordered this camera on 22nd December and I do not get it yet. I mailed them to give me mailing reference number so I can check out in royal mail delievery office but they didn`t care to reply me.

Bought this item as a Christmas present for my Grandson and as usual Amazon ‘came up trumps’ with very quick dispatch and excellent service. I usually try and buy from Amazon and so far I have not had any problems.

I’m sorry to say I dont rate it . It good pictures but It will not load into windows xp. I’m 77 years old and apart from the help pages, which I could not get to grips with, Fujifilm never answer my e-mail questions or tey to help me at all. wish I had not bought it
