This monitor is definetly the best one I’ve ever laid my eyes on. Comes with all the connections & converters you will ever need to view your HD media. I am currently gaming with my new pc running in 1080p, superb picture quality, brilliant colours! Even regular DVD’s look sharp & crisp. This is a must buy with a new pc, or with an old one, my current resolution is 1920 x 1080p, you will need a pretty good computer if you want to run your desktop at this resolution. You could use this for PS3, X-box or a blu-ray player sure it will look excellent. The styling is fantastic, black glossy finish with a very suttle asus logo on the bottom. The tilt is very good aswel. I highly recommend this product to anyone!

Couldnt ask for more, considering the price and the size! one problem i am having as im not totally clued up on monitors is setting up my surround sound, no idea what wires i need to buy! 5 stars!

Firstly congratulations on delivery. I live in the countryside off the beaten track and yet it was delivered in under 24 hours!
The monitor was easy to install ( despite the pathetic quick start guide booklet) and after a short while using the on screen menu everything was set up. Brilliant screen image. I have been used to a 17 inch square digimate screen , which was good, but the new horizontal perspective of the wide screen is so much better.
Not sure why its called a gaming monitor – out here gaming is shooting pheasants and Deer ( sadly) but it is a brilliant monitor for all I do Photography and databases mainly.

I like it. It looks great. This is an easy way to get HD. I connected it to my PS3 via HDMI to play games and watch BluRay. Mostly impressed with the quality. The speakers are a bit weak, but I have connected Logitech X-210 Speakers (2.0) which make a great sound. In some games with fast changes of direction eg Colin McRae: DiRT – Platinum Edition (PS3) there is some judder, but it woudl only annoy the most fussy, although as it is marketed as a gaming monitor I would have expected better… Movies seem unaffected. Well worth it overall.
